Chris Goggins – Director of Finance, BA Hons

Chris has 17 years of experience in both finance and property. He leads the team at Roseland and also heads the Finance Division. Chris has experience in both commercial and residential property. He plans and controls tenants’ contractual obligations, monitors budgets for development programs and ensure careful execution of cash management procedures for landlords. He also provides investors with in-depth knowledge of advanced investment modelling to help achieve the best possible outcome for their investments.

Joanne Fellows – Lettings Manager, BA Hons

Upon graduation from university, Joanne’s first experience was with a leading British retail bank in a client handling and marketing capacity. Prior to joining RPC, she then worked in the property industry for several years, focusing primarily on customer service to both new and current tenants regarding documentary requirements, and generally any operating issue that might materialise over the course of a tenancy. Joanne’s expertise on regulatory matters related to letting and property management enables her to assist tenants and landlords in their decision-making process.

Kevin Waterworth – Director of Property, BSc Hons, MSc

Kevin has worked in the construction and property sector for 20 years dealing with construction, property and maintenance issues. As a qualified Building Surveyor and Construction Manager, Kevin has managed large teams of engineers and technical staff overlooking thousands of dwellings for a large regional landlord. He currently looks after the portfolio of existing stock and on-going development programs managed by Roseland and heads our land acquisition, development and new-build activities.
